Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
At Sweatshield Undershirt we want our customers to be completely satisfied.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or an exchange, as long as no more than one shirt of the same type has been opened or worn. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the full product purchase price: we cannot refund any additional shipping fees.
The guarantee does not apply to goods purchased during a sale or to goods that have been previously exchanged.
Requesting an RMA
To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please send your order number (on your email receipt) and your reason for return or exchange on our Contact Us page.
Any returns without an RMA will not be refunded or exchanged.
Packing and Shipping
Once you receive your RMA number, generally within two days, please securely pack your shirts in their original packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit back to us. Please include either the return email or the order packing slip with the RMA number written on it.

Please note that we do not pay for return shipping fees, and you are responsible for tracking any returns back to us.
Single Item Purchase
We'll refund 100% of your money (except for shipping costs, if any) for any single item purchase within 30 days, even if the item has been worn.
If you liked the item but the size is wrong, return it to us within 30 days and we'll send you a replacement at no extra charge. We can exchange for size but not style. Shipping an exchange in the UK is free: if you are outside of the UK and request an exchange, we will first require you to pay shipping costs.
Multiple Item Purchase
Please try one item first. If you are not completely satisfied then return all of the items to us for refund or exchange.
In the case that more than one of the items of the same type have been opened or worn, we will be unable to process any refund or exchange.
We cannot process partial refunds or partial exchanges on 5 packs.
